Terms and Conditions Tree of Life Spiritual College (Effective as of February 1, 2026)

Welcome to the Tree of Life Spiritual College (the “College,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in our programs, courses, materials, community, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By enrolling, accessing, or participating in any way, you (“you,” “participant,” or “student”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or participate in our Services.

1. Nature of the College The Tree of Life Spiritual College is a free, open, and community-oriented spiritual learning space dedicated to personal growth, self-discovery, and spiritual exploration. We operate for the people, by the people, emphasizing shared wisdom, mutual support, and collective evolution.

• No tuition or fees are required. Participation is entirely voluntary and based on your dedication to your own path.
• The College is not accredited by any educational institution, accrediting body, government agency, or professional organization. We do not offer formal degrees, certifications, diplomas, credits, or qualifications recognized by external entities. Any certification is for the self benefit and is designed to enhance your ascension process or healing journey.
• All learning is self-driven and self-paced.

2. Eligibility and Participation By joining, you represent that you are capable of understanding and agreeing to these Terms.

Participation requires only your sincere dedication to personal spiritual growth. We welcome all backgrounds, beliefs, and levels of experience, provided you approach the community with respect, openness, and integrity. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior disrupts the harmonious, supportive environment (see Section 6).

3. No Guarantees or Professional Advice The Services are provided for educational, inspirational, informational, and spiritual exploration purposes only.

• We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, awakenings, transformations, manifestations, healing, or any specific results from participation. Spiritual growth is deeply personal and depends entirely on your own effort, practice, reflection, and life circumstances.
• Nothing in the Services constitutes medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or religious advice. We are not licensed professionals in these fields. If you have physical, mental, emotional, or other health concerns, consult qualified professionals. Do not delay or avoid professional care based on anything shared through the College.
• All teachings, discussions, practices, and materials are offered “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

4. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials All content provided by the College—including teachings, writings, recordings, guided practices, community posts, and shared resources—is protected by the source frequency and designed to be shared for the greater good of all people. Together We Rise.

You may use these materials solely for your personal, and commercial spiritual practice and study. You may reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or share them without explicit written permission from our organization. Sharing knowledge is a blissing, you have my permission.

Community-shared content (e.g., participant posts, insights) remains the property of the original contributor, but by sharing in the community, you grant others a non-exclusive license to view and engage with it respectfully for personal growth purposes. Please share positive posts, and uplift each other.

5. Community Guidelines and Conduct We foster a space of love, respect, and non-judgment. You agree to:

• Treat all participants with kindness, empathy, and respect.
• Honor diverse beliefs, experiences, and paths without proselytizing or invalidating others.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, spam, solicitation, or any harmful behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality for sensitive personal shares within the community.

We may suspend or remove access for violations, at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Tree of Life Organization, its facilitators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation, including but not limited to emotional distress, physical injury (from practices), loss of data, or any other claims.

You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your choices, actions, and well-being.

7. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect the evolving nature of our community. Changes will be posted here, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage periodic review.

By participating in the Tree of Life Spiritual Organization, you affirm your commitment to your own path, your respect for this sacred, free space, and your agreement to these Terms. We are honored to walk alongside you in dedication to truth, love, and awakening.
